Welcome to Kidspreneur Uganda, a registered visionary initiative committed to cultivating a generation of young innovators and entrepreneurs. In a rapidly evolving world, nurturing the seeds of innovation and entrepreneurship among our future leaders has never been more crucial.

PROBLEM

Currently, education systems around the world create intelligent young people who seek job stability. However, most educational institution graduates and professionals have little knowledge about how to run their businesses, especially in Africa.

Those who become entrepreneurs after graduation take a long time to break even because they lack a strong foundation of actual business knowledge. A report by the World Bank concluded that the expansion of the workforce in Africa means the region will need to create over 50 million new jobs to sustain its economies over the next two decades.

How do you create employment opportunities? One option is to start new enterprises, which requires entrepreneurs. Failing to react sufficiently to the ambitions of Uganda’s
youth, who account for more than half of the population, is like swimming on the floor.

THE SOLUTION

With the slogan “Next generation CEOs” Kidspreneurs Uganda is a social enterprise that empowers children aged seven to eighteen to create, grow, and develop business excellence through mentorship, peer connections, relevant resources, and events while applying what they learn in school to the real world by instilling entrepreneurial traits in them and empowering them to make business decisions. We also take an integrated approach to community building by organizing market days and other community activities that involve children. This boosts motivation in the classroom and pushes them to attain high grades as they progress through their schooling. They then have the necessary tools to succeed when they take the next step in life.

We provide a variety of tested and optimized private and group classes, as well as online and offline classes. Our professional team consists of experienced educators, entrepreneurs, and mentors who are dedicated to adding value to the lives of all children. We ensure that each child realizes their full business potential and grows into a responsible economic citizen.

This network of children has developed problem-solving skills, and business ideas, and launched businesses with support from competent Chief Operating Officers. Some children have won awards, participated in international conferences like the African Kidpreneurs Summit, and have been featured on local and international media platforms.

Our philosophy is to identify the best practices, program models, and skills that Ugandan children can adopt. Therefore, we seek to collaborate with schools, and skilled practitioners for mentorship, training, and experiences to allow children to have hands-on experience.

Message from the Founder

Dear Parents, Educators, and Future Entrepreneurs,
Welcome to the Kidspreneurs Initiative Uganda! Our mission is to spark the entrepreneurial spirit in children by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to turn their ideas into reality and allow them to learn beyond the classroom.

In today’s rapidly changing world, the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges is more important than ever. At our center, we believe that every child has the potential to be a leader, an innovator, and a changemaker. By providing hands-on experiences and real-world business challenges, we aim to cultivate these qualities in our young learners. Here, children don’t just learn about business, they become entrepreneurs. Whether they are crafting their first product, designing a website, or pitching an idea to an audience, the kids are constantly encouraged to explore, experiment & grow.
